The Unknown Scene

            There was this one house; it sat on the corner of the street. It sat on the north side of town, surrounded by a few trees and grass. Behind the house across the street, there was a park that was part of a school named “Weaver Park”. The park was our little “chill” spot, my auntie, cousin, and I.

            Sitting in the house, on the red round suede couch, talking, laughing, around with my auntie, and cousin, we were enjoying our time together. We began to get ready for the oncoming holiday, which was Thanksgiving. As my aunt went in the kitchen and started cooking, me and my cousins decided to play mancala, and other games. Time went by and decided to leave the house.

            On my way out the door, toward the park; something caught my eye, and it caused me to come to a complete stop. Looking ahead of me, in my eye sight I seen ambulance, fire trucks, and polices. Realizing that it was none of my business I continued to walk, counting my steps as I go.

            At the park, I swing, played on the monkey bars. No, I wasn’t alone I met with a special someone. I know you are wondering who may be my special someone, it was my first love. At “Weaver Park” we walked and talk like just any other people would enjoy doing. The sun was setting and I began to walk back towards my auntie house.

            Almost reaching the door, the smell of the food just hit my nose. When I walked in the door my aunt asked me, “You ready to throw down on my food? I put my foot in it.” I sat on the couch, we laughed, talked as usual. After that, we played games and talked about how life would, or could be in the future. We chilled as it would be in the slang way.
